Major AI search surfaces monitored per engagement
FutureFox Labs is a premium AI Search Visibility consultancy for ecommerce brands that compete on trust, not discounts.
What is FutureFox Labs? FutureFox Labs is a research-first consultancy founded in 2022, headquartered in Bangalore with delivery hubs in California, US and Wales, UK, serving category leaders across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and APAC.
What we do. We design and implement AI Search Visibility programs: technical foundation, entity strategy, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and continuous measurement across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
Why we exist. Discovery moved upstream into AI answers and recommendations. Premium brands need visibility built for that shift, not legacy rankings alone.
Search has changed.
Buyers ask AI which brand to trust.
Recommendations replace scroll-and-compare.
FutureFox Labs builds the visibility premium brands need to win that moment.

Customers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity which product to buy. Google AI Overviews answer the same question before a click. Your brand either appears in those answers, or a competitor does.
Traditional SEO remains necessary. It establishes crawlability, authority, and entity clarity. It does not, on its own, determine whether an AI system cites or recommends you. See our AI Search Visibility capabilities for how each layer fits together.
FutureFox treats AI Search Visibility as a system: research-informed diagnosis, a deterministic AI Readiness baseline, then sequenced work across foundation, answer engines, generative recommendations, and measurement. Each layer supports the next.
FutureFox Labs is headquartered in Bangalore, with delivery hubs in California, US and Wales, UK. We operate remote-first, aligning strategy and delivery to client markets and time zones across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and APAC.
Headquarters is where we build methodology. Delivery hubs support North American and UK client work. Client engagements align to your markets and time zones, not our office map.

Engagements follow a repeatable consulting methodology, not isolated SEO tasks. Each phase produces artifacts your team can execute, whether you continue with FutureFox or run programs internally.

FutureFox Labs began with a pattern seen across premium ecommerce audits: strong creative, capable product teams, organic traffic that still mattered. Then a buyer asked ChatGPT or Perplexity which brand to trust in the category, and another name appeared.
The gap was rarely effort. It was measurement and structure. Teams were optimizing for rankings while discovery moved into AI answers and recommendations. Entity signals were fragmented. Structured data and comparison content were inconsistent. No shared baseline explained what AI systems could actually see.
“Premium brands no longer compete only for rankings. They compete to become the answer AI recommends.”
That is why FutureFox exists. We built AI Readiness as the foundation: 57 deterministic checks across technical foundation, entity signals, structured data, and trust. From that baseline, we sequence implementation work with the rigor enterprise teams expect from serious consulting.
The philosophy is deliberate: research before recommendations, implementation over slide decks, measurement that tracks citations and recommendation share, not vanity traffic. Premium ecommerce deserves that standard because the purchase decision is trust, not a discount code.
FutureFox specialises in premium ecommerce categories where brand equity drives the purchase decision. If your customers compare craftsmanship, heritage, and fit before they compare price, we are likely aligned.
We work with leadership teams in premium footwear, luxury fashion, jewellery and watches, prestige beauty, and outdoor and lifestyle. These categories face the same AI discovery shift: buyers ask for a shortlist, and the answer is curated, not exhaustive.

Clear answers about FutureFox Labs, AI Search Visibility, and how we work with premium ecommerce brands.
FutureFox Labs is an AI Search Visibility consultancy founded in 2022 and headquartered in Bangalore, with delivery hubs in California, US and Wales, UK. The firm helps premium ecommerce brands become discoverable, citable, and recommendable across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
FutureFox designs AI Search Visibility programs: technical SEO, entity foundation, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Visibility Intelligence. Every engagement begins with the FutureFox AI Readiness Assessment: 57 deterministic checks before implementation.
AI Search Visibility is the measurable degree to which a brand appears in AI-mediated discovery: citations in Google AI Overviews, recommendations in ChatGPT and Gemini, and shortlist inclusion in Perplexity and Claude. It is distinct from traditional SEO rankings, which measure position in a list of links rather than inclusion in a synthesized answer.
The FutureFox AI Readiness Assessment is a complimentary executive diagnostic that scores your website across 57 deterministic checks in seven categories: technical foundation, metadata, structured data, entity readiness, AI readiness, trust, and content quality. It produces an executive summary and prioritized actions, not a vanity badge.
FutureFox Labs was founded by Avanthika Raj. The firm was created after repeated audits showed premium ecommerce brands with strong creative and product teams but weak presence when buyers asked AI systems for category recommendations.
FutureFox Labs is headquartered in Bangalore, with delivery hubs in California, US and Wales, UK. Strategy and delivery are remote-first, serving premium ecommerce teams across North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, and APAC. Headquarters is where methodology is built; delivery hubs support regional client work aligned to your markets and time zones.
FutureFox works with premium ecommerce brands where brand equity, craftsmanship, and fit drive purchase decisions more than price alone. Typical categories include premium footwear, luxury fashion, jewellery and watches, prestige beauty, and outdoor and lifestyle.
Traditional SEO optimizes for rankings and clicks in search engine results pages. AI Search Visibility optimizes for recommendations and citations in generative answers. Entity clarity, structured data, extractable content, and trust signals matter for both, but generative engines also weigh narrative coherence and comparison coverage when naming a shortlist.
FutureFox programs cover Google Search and AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, plus the retrieval and entity layers those systems depend on. Methodology is updated continuously as platform behaviour evolves; see our research publications for current field notes.
